Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order on LifeCare Generic.

1. Dispatch Timeline

Once the order placed by you on our website (hereinafter referred as the platform), we will dispatch the placed order within 24 working hours from confirmation of your orders.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Serviceability and Delays

  • Delivery is subject to delays due to unavoidable circumstances at the delivery location.
  • Delivery may also be delayed if your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our courier services.

4. Address and Coordination

If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with proper coordination with the delivery personnel/delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number.

5. Delivery Attempts and RTO

  • Delivery attempt shall be for at least two times if you are not available at your delivery location, your address is improper, or your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery.
  • Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) in such cases.

6. RTO Refunds

Once your placed order is marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy.

7. Re-delivery

Once your placed order is marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location. If you still want to purchase the goods then place a fresh order on the platform.
